Join Rabbi Schweber for a weekly text study class on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room (from the lobby, make a left towards the coat room, straight down the hallway, past the bathrooms, located at the end) and on TIGN ZOOM.
Rabbi Schweber’s text class will begin with the topic “Halahic Midrash.” We will examine how rabbis like Rabbi Akiva read the Torah creatively to demonstrate that rabbinic innovations have a basis in the Torah.
