Modern Maccabees: doing small, meaningful good deeds

The first meeting of the “Modern Maccabees” will take place via Zoom on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.  We’ll discuss ways that we can do small, meaningful good deeds to help others in our community.

If you can say “yes, I am” to all of the following 8 qualifications:

• willing to attend a few Zoom meetings to get us started (each 40 minutes) and…
• able to allocate an hour of time towards each specific task and…
• open to doing small (but meaningful) good deeds and…
• between 18 and 100 years of age and…
• interested in being part of a team and…
• able to help others shine in the process and…
• happy to share with others in the joy of belonging and…
• a Temple Israel member
