Due to the expected inclement weather on Sunday, January 25, all programs and services at Temple Israel will be cancelled. Evening minyan will be on TIGN Zoom only.
On Monday, January 26, all in-person programs and services at Temple Israel will be cancelled. This includes the Beth HaGan Early Childhood Center. The synagogue business office will be closed, but staff will be working remotely and available to take your call. For the Players rehearsal, please be on the lookout for a separate email. The Shoah Book Club will take place on TIGN Zoom. Morning and evening minyan will be on TIGN Zoom only.
Kol Isha: The Voices of Women—All Women. Experience the joy of learning together in a community of women!
Kol Isha Shabbat which will take place on the weekend of May 2nd – 3rd, 2025.
This is the return of a beautiful, incredibly popular program for Temple Israel women that was one of our synagogue’s traditions.

What learning session you attend depends on what service you want to learn to lead. If you are interested in learning to lead both, join us for both!
The next sessions will take place as follows. Learning sessions will continue on a more regular basis after Thanksgiving.
Sunday morning sessions for those interested in learning to lead the Shabbat morning service:
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
February 23rd & March 2nd will be taught by the Rabbis.
Tuesday evening sessions for those interested in learning to lead the Friday night service:
7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 25th & March 4.
All sessions will take place in the Temple Israel Library
