Long Island Blood Services has partnered with Magen David Adom to provide blood to Israel for emergencies. Although LIBS exists to secure the blood supply for our local region, its commitment knows no borders. To be in a position to help Israel if called upon, Long Island must first make certain that it has an ample blood supply for local needs.
