DESCRIPTION:Please join us when Temple Israel of Great Neck\, Congregation 
 L’Dor V’Dor-Oakland Little Neck Jewish Center and Temple Beth-El of Gr
 eat Neck commemorate Yom HaShoah\, Holocaust Remembrance Day.\n\nTuesday\,
  April 14th\n7:00 p.m.\nTemple Israel of Great Neck\, 108 Old Mill Road\nS
 anctuary and on TIGN Zoom\nGuest speaker: Gilda Zirinsky\n\nClick here to 
 RSVP and/or submit names.\n\nGilda fled Belgium for Casablanca\, Morocco a
 s a five-year-old. We will hear her witness of escape\, find refuge and li
 ving life to the fullest. She is the author of I Went to Kindergarten in C
 asablanca. Gilda continues to work out and boxes.\n\nThe Shireinu Choir of
  Long Island led by Musical Director Deborah Tartell will present several 
 moving musical selections.\n\nThe service begins each year with Holocaust 
 survivors\, as well as second and third generation children of survivors\,
  entering the Sanctuary holding Shoah memorial candles\, accompanied by me
 mbers of their family and students from the Religious School.\n\nDuring th
 e service\, we will be reciting names of loved ones you would like to have
  recalled. If you would like a name(s) read aloud\, please sign up on Mond
 ay\, April 13th at noon.&nbsp\;\n\nChildren from our Religious School and 
 our Waxman Youth House will sing at the service\, led by Hazzan Brian Sham
 ash.&nbsp\;\n\nIf you are a second or third generation survivor and would
