Note: Only members in good standing, those current with respect to dues and fees, are eligible to vote.
Members in good standing who cannot attend the meeting in person, but would like to vote for members of the Nominating Committee will be able to obtain a proxy by clicking here to download a copy, calling the synagogue office at (516) 482-7800, or emailing Jamey Kohn at jkohn@tign.org. Please keep in mind that the deadline for turning in proxies on June 1st is 8:30 p.m. sharp, prior to the start of the meeting.
Members interested in attending this meeting must attend in person. The meeting will not be live streamed on Zoom. The Congregational Meeting will be held in person only, due to the sensitive nature of the matters being discussed. Your presence is important, so please make arrangements to attend.
For congregants who are unable to attend because of transportation needs, we will gladly try to assist with arrangements. Please contact the Temple Office at (516) 482-7800 by the end of the day Thursday so that we can coordinate transportation assistance. In addition, if you are willing to help pick up a fellow congregant for the meeting, please also notify the Synagogue Office so we may help coordinate rides within the community. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may still participate in the vote by submitting a proxy (click here to download a copy).
We hope that you will join us at the minyan in-person at 8:00 p.m. prior to the meeting. Minyan will be available on Zoom as always.
