Welcome to Temple Israel

Since its founding over 60 years ago, Temple Israel has been a leading congregation of the Conservative movement in America.  A traditional, egalitarian community serving more than 1,000 member families, Temple Israel is big enough to offer a full range of religious, educational, and social activities yet intimate enough to invite participation and foster friendship.

If you're already a member, this site will help you stay on top of the many events that make up the days, weeks, and months at the Temple.  If you are new to the area or you are looking for a new spiritual home, explore the site and learn more about this vibrant and dynamic community.

Sukkah Hop
You are cordially invited to spend a leisurely and fun afternoon socializing and noshing at several sukkahs at Temple Israel's Third Annual Sukkah Hop. On Tuesday October 14th, the first day of Sukkot, we'll meet at the TI sukkah after kiddush. We will proceed along our route to make the rounds to some nearby sukkahs. A good time will be had by all!

For more information, or to offer a kosher parve or dairy dish, please contact Rebecca Yousefzadeh Sassouni at 482-0211 or rebeccasassouni@verizon.net."
