Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 33 (Community Drive/Lakeville Road).  Get off onto service road and go to second light (Lakeville Road) and make a right turn.  Stay on Lakeville Road, but when you pass Northern Boulevard the name changes to Middle Neck Road.  Go through the town to Old Mill Road and make a left turn onto Old Mill Road (Temple Beth-El will then be on your right).  Go to the second stop sign and make a left into the parking lot.

George Washington Bridge to Cross Bronx Expressway.  Continue to Throgs Neck Bridge.  After bridge bear right to Cross Island Parkway South exit.  Continue to Long Island Expressway (Route 495) eastbound exit.  Follow directions from Manhattan.

 

New England Thruway to Throgs Neck Bridge.  Bear right to the Cross Island Parkway South exit.  Continue to Long Island Expressway (Route 495) eastbound exit.  Follow directions from Manhattan.
